DAY 1 DAILY HEATHROW-NAIROBI
Fly from Heathrow overnight to Nairobi
DAY 2 AMBOSELI
Drive to Amboseli Porini Camp (160 km), arriving before lunch. Following afternoon tea, you will be escorted on a walk by Masai warriors to a village to get an insight into their fascinating culture and way of life. Then take a game drive in the conservancy followed by a sundowner at a scenic spot overlooking Mount Kilimanjaro. Night game drive and return to camp. (l,d)
DAY 3 AMBOSELI
After an early breakfast, drive through the bush on a private track into Amboseli National Park, for a full morning of game viewing. After a picnic lunch, return to Porini Camp later in the afternoon. In the evening enjoy a game drive in Selenkay Conservancy, stopping for a sundowner at a scenic viewpoint, followed by a night game drive to look for nocturnal animals such as aardvarks, serval cats, caracals, bat-eared foxes, African wild cats and other species. DAY 4 OL PEJETA
After an early breakfast, drive through Amboseli Park to the airstrip for your light aircraft flight to Nanyuki via Wilson Airport, Nairobi (change of plane). Met at the airstrip and transferred to Porini Rhino Camp, located in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, in the foothills of Mount Kenya. After lunch and afternoon tea in camp enjoy a game drive in the camp's 4x4 safari vehicle. Return to Porini Rhino Camp. (b,l,d)
DAY 5 OL PEJETA
Full day in Ol Pejeta with game drives and walking activities from camp. (b,l,d)
DAY 6 MASAI MARA
Fly by light aircraft from Nanyuki to Masai Mara (approx 1 hour 15 minutes). Met and transferred to Porini Lion Camp. After lunch and afternoon tea enjoy a game drive or escorted walk followed by a sundowner and night drive with spotlight. Return to Porini Lion Camp. (b,l,d)
DAY 7 MASAI MARA
Optional early morning balloon flight over the Mara. A full day game viewing in the Masai Mara including a picnic lunch. A sundowner and night game drive. (b,l,d)
DAY 8 EXTENSION OR HEATHROW
Fly by light aircraft to Nairobi (approx 1 hour). Proceed with your chosen extension or return to Heathrow. Light aircraft baggage allowance - 15 kg. Children aged 8 and below are not permitted on this safari.
